He was born on January 11, 1966 in Trenque Lauquen, Buenos Aires. Bernardo belongs to the fourth generation of artisans who work leather. He started as a child learning the trade with his father, with whom he made reins for his horse. In 1986, while studying veterinary medicine in the city of Tandil, he perfected his technique with the help of his friend and teacher Walter Ducló. He pays special attention to the nobility of the materials he uses. He personally chooses and treats each of the leathers he uses and makes a special selection of old and parked woods that give his pieces a view that would be impossible to achieve with new woods.
